1.Warranty Coverage

We have five strict QC processes to ensure product's quality. If in case of any defect items occurred, please show us pics and videos, replacement will be offered with your next order.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements delivery if:

The product is unused and in its original packaging

The product is defective upon arrival

You received the wrong item or quantity

3. Return Process

Tell us the description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for return or replacement.

4. Replacements

Replacements will be shipped at our expense if the product is confirmed defective or out of stock.

5. OEM Orders

For custom orders, we will production sample for you to check before mass production.
